Week 8 – Final Days, Completion, and Departure 🇬🇷
During the final week of the Erasmus stay on Crete, the focus was on completing tasks and preparing for departure.
At work, remaining tasks were finalized and projects were completed. This included finishing testing processes and handing over work results. The last days were used to carefully conclude ongoing work rather than starting new tasks.
At the accommodation, preparations for leaving began. This included cleaning, packing, and organizing everything for the return journey. Daily routines were still present, but there was a noticeable change in atmosphere as the stay was coming to an end.
Evenings were often spent together, reflecting on the past weeks and sharing experiences. Compared to earlier weeks, the focus was less on activities and more on appreciating the time together.
At the end of the week, the return journey began, leaving Heraklion and traveling back home.
Overall, the final week was characterized by finishing work, preparing for departure, and reflecting on the entire experience.
